Product Description

Ammonium persulphate is a strong inorganic oxidizing agent composed of ammonium ions and peroxydisulphate ions. It is widely used as an initiator for polymerization reactions, etchant in printed circuit boards (PCBs), oxidizing agent in chemical synthesis, and in water treatment and laboratory applications. The compound appears as a white crystalline powder and is readily soluble in water, producing an acidic solution. Being a strong oxidizer, it must be handled with care.
